しぶとい風邪

　風邪がなかなかぬけない。熱はなくなったと思うのだが、せきと痰がよく出る。就寝中のせきがつらい。食事はしっかりと取り、水をときどき、少しずつ飲むなど、いろいろできるかぎりの養生はしているのだが。
