入院を勧められた。

糖尿病の検査値が、非常に悪かった。
数値を見てDrが、かたまってしまった。
わたしもショックだった。
この間の食事の管理はめちゃめちゃだった。
運動もぜんぜんしなかった。
・・・・・
わたしが居なかったら、犬や植物はどうなるんだろう。
「困ります」と言ったんだけど。
次回決定！！なのだ。
