今日は、インフルエンザのワクチンを接種してきた。

雨に濡れた本の復活

たまたま雨に濡れてしまっても、捨てがたい本がある。
桑原武夫の『ルソー』も一度雨に濡れても捨てなかった本。
50年ぐらい経って、電子化して復活した。なんとなく、その状態がそのまま映像として残るのが面白い。小さい文字で読むより、画面で大きめの文字で読むほうが効率がいいし、楽。これは年齢に関係ないだろう。
ルソーは好きな思想家で、高校生ごろからよく読んでいた。

池上梅園

テレビで池上梅園を映していて、きれいだ、ということでちょっと出かけた。
こぢんまりした斜面を使った梅園だった。花の色が違う梅の木や、枝垂れ梅などいろいろ植えられていて、賑わっていた。
