きのう、梅雨が明けました

きのう７月１７日もぎらぎら照りつける晴天で、気象庁は関東地方も「梅雨が明けたとみられる」と発表しました。梅雨明け後の１週間ほど東京ではたいてい毎年一番辛い天気なんですよね。湿度９０パーセント台なんですから。堪らずクーラーをかけ始めました。朝から草刈機の円盤の金属的な擦過音がしています。注文を受けた業者が来てさっと仕事をしていきます。
還元型コエンザイムＱ１０という粒剤を１日１コ飲み始めました。
